The rum was produced from scratch by the team at Henstone. It is a dark rum with a blend of our favourite spices including fennel, black pepper, pimento, vanilla and cardamom. Following a restructure in 2023, Mike Harris acquired 50% and the company relocated to a farm on Long Mountain owned by him\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eChris and Alex have been joined by two of their four children and have serious growth plans for the distillery.
