Ancient gums on rolling Barossa hills overlook Greenock and Seppeltsfield. Behind the small, hands-on winery is a classic, old-time Barossa homestead built in the late 1800s over which a single palm tree stands. All fruit is hand-harvested and naturally-fermented, aged largely in older French barriques and some larger vessels, also some American oak which suits the generosity of the reds here too.
