Wenlock Cellars is an independent, family-run wine and spirits shop established in 2026, built with one simple aim: to create a welcoming local space where great drinks bring people together.

Our shelves feature a carefully curated range of over 150 different wines, alongside more than 50 whiskies – including old, rare and limited editions – and an equally impressive selection of rums. You’ll also find a wide variety of other spirits, from gin and vodka to something a little different, all chosen with our local community in mind.

We’re proud to offer our own exclusive drinks too. These include wines sourced from around the world, a distinctive Heather Gin made in Shropshire, and a British Pale Ale brewed in Worcestershire – all selected to reflect quality, character and a sense of place.

At the heart of the shop is our eight-bottle self-service wine machine, designed to help you explore our range at your own pace and discover something new. Whether you’re trying a familiar favourite or stepping outside your comfort zone, it’s all about enjoyment and exploration.

Our range is curated based on current local buying trends, and we’re committed to evolving alongside our community. As tastes grow and change, so will our selection – including the gradual expansion of our high-end wines and spirits as demand develops.

We host regular wine and whisky tastings that are social, relaxed and inclusive rather than overly technical. While our team is WSET Level 2 trained in wine, we believe the best experiences come from conversation, curiosity and shared enjoyment.
