Made from the indigenous Rufete grape, this vibrant red captures the essence of the Sierra de Salamanca’s high-altitude vineyards. Bright ruby with violet highlights, it opens with lifted aromas of wild red berries, dried herbs, and a touch of spice. The palate is fresh and finely textured, showing juicy cherry and raspberry fruit balanced by subtle mineral notes and a gentle grip. Elegant, unoaked, and expressive, it finishes long, savoury, and precise.
