Our most recent Dry Gin, a beautifully refreshing and herbaceous concoction that was originally created for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to accompany their ‘Journeys of Discovery’ summer concert series.
This gin evocative gin is reminiscent of spending the afternoon gardening but with none of the actual effort of the aforementioned gardening. All reward and no effort is a wonderful combination. Just a whiff of this gin and you can almost feel the sun on your skin, The lemon and thyme, accompanied by fig leaves, work together to give this gin such a fresh and summery nose that it makes even the cloudiest of days just a touch brighter.
Enjoy this stunning gin as a bees knees, or with mediterranean tonic and plenty of ice. Garnish with lemon and if you have any, fresh thyme or whatever herbs you have growing.
