This gin was inspired by the Philharmonia Orchestra in London, the city home to one of the most vibrant docklands in the world, importing fruits and spices from across the globe. This has served as our inspiration: bitter oranges from Seville, and delicate and fragrant cassia bark from the far east.

The botanicals are the finest juniper, coriander, angelica root and orris are harmonised with strong notes of Seville orange, balanced with delicate hints of cassia, liquorice, and grains of paradise, creating a truly premium London Dry gin.
