A Dark Mild using new world hops for a modern feel to this classic style. With chocolate malt notes and a slight mandarin Chocolate nose. This beer won one star in the Great Taste awards 2022. The judges feedback is below;

“We liked the the dark brown colour, gentle carbonation and sweet roasted malt aromas. A rich palate reminded us of fruit cake and the light bitterness complemented this.”

“This deep, chestnut clear ale looks the part and is well conditioned. There is a gentle caramel nose. This is an easy-drinking session beer that is uncomplicated and well-made. We thoroughly enjoyed it.”
