Valentines Wine Discovery Evening

Join us this Valentine’s Night for a relaxed and enjoyable evening of wine discovery, featuring the beautiful wines of Italy – one of Europe’s most romantic wine-producing countries.

This isn’t a stuffy or intimidating tasting. Think of it as a friendly, informal way to explore wine, learn a little, and have a lot of fun along the way. You’ll be guided through six different Italian wines, including white, rosé, and red, with simple explanations about what you’re tasting and what makes each wine unique.

To accompany the wines, we’ll serve small snack plates of cheese and crackers, sourced from Much Wenlock’s very own Cheese & Cracker store. These are designed to give you the chance to see how different foods can enhance or alter the flavours of wine, helping you discover combinations you might love (or maybe want to avoid!).

The tasting will start at 18:30 and last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to savour each wine and enjoy the experience.

The evening is all about enjoying great wine in good company, picking up a little wine knowledge, and trying something new in a relaxed, friendly setting.
