Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon Whisky 1 litre

This bottling of Wild Turkey has been aged for at least six years before coming out of the barrel at 109 proof. The whisky is only diluted slightly before bottling at 101 proof with plenty of pep.

The nose is gentle and understated, yet carries a lovely toffee-tinged sweetness. Toasted oak and melted vanilla ice cream emerge, accented by a hint of bright citrus and butterscotch. The palate is full and generous, offering cigar-box sweetness, pepper, caramel—alongside honey on granary toast with a touch of warm melted butter. The finish is long, rich, and comforting, layered with spice and toasty nuances.
